Our fifth annual family-friendly New Year's Eve celebration on the First Night of the New Year. Featuring Three Generations of Homegrown Godfrey's - Dave Fry, Dina Hall and Sam Steffen. Last year we hosted a full house, so reserve your seats early.
Dave Fry starts the night off with a Kid's show at 7:00. Then at 8:00 he delivers his signature folk show - spiced with wry and spontaneous commentary on American family life.
Dina Hall has honed her song-crafting chops right here on Godfrey's stage, and continues to use our venue as a sounding board.
Expect to sing along, tap your toes and occasionally close your eyes. Driving acoustic guitar, thoughtfully passionate lyrics and a great outlook on life define Jay Lapp's music.
Rounding out our evening is another young artist, Sam Steffen
, who we've come to know thru our Open Mikes at Godfrey's and around the Lehigh Valley. Sam is a Bethlehem native who is newly returned from his college years in Nashville, where he soaked up the music vibe and became a novel songwriter in his own right. Each of Sam's songs has an interesting story to tell. We're proud to present the music of a promising young generation tonight on our stage.
Happy New Year!
